Onkyo TX-L20D is a slimline stereo solution that offers universal audio casting while adding 85W x 85W of musical power to any audio source… just add speakers! The TX-L20D packs high-value features into a stylish and unobtrusive amp that’s smaller than some BD decks.
The dual-channel receiver with Onkyo TX-L20D tape drive features a slim design, comparable to some Blu-ray player form factors. The model supports wireless audio transmission using Google Cast service (available with new software), AirPlay functions, Bluetooth-module and Wi-Fi-connection. There is built-in support for streaming online services TIDAL, Deezer, Spotify and TuneIn. The stereo receiver easily connects to the local network using the LAN interface or via WLAN, and Hi-Res formats can be played, including DSD up to 5.6 MHz. FireConnect technology is supported, which makes it possible to send any audio signal wirelessly to speakers supporting this function, which is very convenient for a multi-room installation. You can control the receiver through the Onkyo Controller app from iOS or Android devices. To listen to the radio has an FM-receiver and a digital tuner DAB / DAB +. The device is equipped with an amplifier of 85 watts per channel (4 ohms) and uses Phase Matching Bass technology for phase-matched bass playback.
The central part of the front panel is a single-line FL-display. The volume knob and two buttons for searching / tuning radio programs are located on the right side of the panel. On the left, there is a power / standby key, a USB port for external drives (supports Hi-Res formats, including DSD 5.6 MHz), a mini headphone jack and source selector buttons.
Onboard the Onkyo TX-L20D there is a 32-bit signal processor CIRRUS. There are separate DSP modes for movies, games and music. Pure Audio mode is supported for high-quality audio playback.
The model is equipped with four latest-generation HDMI inputs that work with 4K resolution, are “friendly” with the 4K content protection protocol HDCP 2.2, support 4: 4: 4 color space, HDR and CEC control protocol. The output is set to the same port with the function of the return audio channel. The receiver can scale 1080p video up to 4K. HDMI also supports SACD format playback (up to 5.6 MHz). There are two RCA line inputs, MM phono stages and digital inputs (coaxial and optical). There is a subwoofer output and a pair of screw terminals for speakers.
The Onkyo TX-L20D receiver is equipped with a remote control and is a convenient modern device for listening to movie soundtracks and high-quality audio playback using a wired or wireless signal transmission method.

Connect all your players via four HDMI inputs and send video to 4K Ultra HD/60p displays via a single cable. Current HDMI spec with HDCP 2.2 enables reproduction of BT.2020, 4:4:4 colour space and HDR for lifelike realism.
The HDMI output features an Audio Return Channel (ARC), so it’s easy to send regular TV sound through the amp and experience your favourite shows with immersive Hi-Fi sound. You can also configure the receiver for limited automation via CEC, to switch sound system on with your TV.
